What is your psoriasis score?

I Made This Score Sheet To Help Me Keep Track Of My Psoriasis. It's not the PASI Score that your dermatologist uses, I just find this easier! You can find more information on PASI Here!

Your score is private and will pop up after you push the score button. The scores are not saved anywhere, but members can add their score to their profiles.

How To Score: 0 = None/No | 1 = Low | 2 = Medium | 3 = High. | All questions need an answer!
